NL6448BC20-30C is a 6.5-inch industrial-grade TFT-LCD module launched by NEC (now NLT). It adopts a-Si technology, has VGA (640×480) resolution, brightness up to 1000 cd/m², contrast ratio 800:1, and supports 262K/16.7M color display (40% NTSC). Its wide temperature design (-30°C ~ +80°C) and vibration resistance (2.0G) make it suitable for harsh environments. The module adopts WLED backlight (lifespan 70,000 hours) and LVDS interface (20 pins, 6/8-bit), supports 180° flip display, and is suitable for scenes such as industrial control and outdoor equipment. The surface is anti-reflective and hardened (2H) for enhanced durability, compact structure (153×118×8.7mm), weighs only 155g (typical), and has flexible installation methods (4-M2 screw holes on the side).
